Women’s Leadership Forum Breakfast

Published: Jul 19th, 2018

Leading law firm, Katten Muchin Rosenman kindly extended an invitation to their Women’s Leadership Forum breakfast event, Being Well In the City this morning. Not your average event, the talk explored some practical tips and tricks to nourish your well-being and how best to implement it in the City. Undoubtedly this is a topic of growing importance, with companies all around the City turning greater focus to employee well-being, in both body and mind.

The talk was led by Cognitive Hypnotherapist Hazel Gale, who addressed personal ‘Mind Monsters’ and how to emerge victorious, followed by Nutritional Therapist, Jade Barkett who demonstrated the benefits of genetic testing and how a personalised nutrition can aid a persons overall wellness. Not to miss the chance to tackle the physiological aspects, Pilates Instructor and legal council, Lisa Dubot provided guidance on how to improve physical and emotional and cognitive well-being with office desk-friendly Pilates exercises. An informative and interesting event hosted by one of London’s leading law firms, based at Paternoster House opposite the exquisite St Paul’s Cathedral.

Sapience Communications has a long standing specialism in professional services, healthcare and medtech and was very happy to support the event.
